Clementine Cupcake Company is an award winning cupcake company that specializes in large events. We are a special order/catering company that bakes in a commercial kitchen, are health department approved, and have Food Safety Management certification. The cupcakes (and cookies) are made fresh the day of your order if event time allows, otherwise never more than a day in advance.
All of our ingredients are fresh, pure, and locally sourced. Most of our ingredients are organic such as the flour, butter, eggs, milk, sour cream, cocoa powder, peanut butter, apple cider vinegar, and fruit. We do not use artificial food dyes to color our cupcakes. We only use organic plant/vegetable derived colors.
